This is the shortlisting assessment for the Technical Project Manager role at Appycodes. Technical judgment, not a résumé: choosing the right platform, understanding how software is built, unblocking stuck work, and communicating trade-offs to clients.

  • Up to 10 minutes — 10 fast questions, timed individually. Trust your judgment.
  • Then one real task (5–7 min) — compare three official API docs and recommend an approach, without writing code. We read this most carefully.
  • One attempt only. Leaving the test window freezes the screen for 30 seconds.
  • In-person, full-time, in Siliguri. We hire from the region — you'll confirm this when you apply.
