When you fill in the contact form, request an estimate, or email us, we receive your name, email address, and the content of your message. We use standard server logs (IP address, user agent) and privacy-respecting analytics to understand traffic patterns. We do not sell personal data.
Contact-form submissions are used solely to respond to your enquiry and, where applicable, to scope and deliver the engagement you request. Analytics are aggregated and used to improve the site.
