App Store launch.

Scope

What this service covers.

Getting built is not the same as getting approved. More than half of first submissions come back, most for reasons that have nothing to do with your product: vague permission strings, a missing privacy label, a login wall with no demo path, or a crash on a device the reviewer happened to use.

01

Pre-submission audit

Permission strings, privacy labels, the SDK list and a login-free demo path checked against the reasons apps actually get rejected.

02

Signing and entitlements

Certificates, provisioning, capabilities and bundle identifiers set up correctly, so the build is not rejected on a technicality.

03

Store listings

Screenshots, metadata and descriptions written to clear review and to convert once the app is live.

04

Both stores, their own rules

App Store review and Google Play's warn-and-publish model each handled on their own terms, iOS first because it is slower and stricter.

05

Rejections managed

If a rejection comes, we diagnose the guideline, fix the underlying cause and resubmit, including Resolution Center appeals where the call was wrong.

06

Regional compliance

Data residency and consent flows tuned to each market when you launch beyond the UK.

  2. 02

    Architecture

We plan the data, interfaces and failure modes around the way the system needs to operate.

  3. 03

    Build & review

You receive source access, a working environment and regular demonstrations throughout delivery.

  4. 04

    Launch & support

We launch, document and monitor the work, then hand it over or continue as your engineering team.

Common questions

Planning the work.

01Why do so many apps get rejected the first time?

Usually a checklist gap, not a product flaw. Vague permission strings, a missing privacy policy, a login wall with no demo path and crashes on an untested device account for most of it, and all are cheaper to fix before submission than after.

02Can you rescue an app already stuck in rejection?

Yes. We read the guideline cited, find the real cause, fix it and manage resubmission or an appeal through the Resolution Center.

03How long does approval take?

Google Play is often same-day; App Store review is typically 1 to 2 days. Plan for the slower case in a launch week, since a Friday rejection on iOS can cost the weekend.
